This Privacy Policy applies to Data in our possession or our control, including Data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your Data and how we will treat it.
By agreeing to the Terms and using our Website and services, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your Data in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

a) personal data that you provide by filling in forms on our Website or provide to us when applying for a membership, including information provided at the time of application for a membership, subscribing to any other third party services provided on the Website, posting material, reporting a problem with our Website, or requesting further services. b). documents or images that you upload onto our Website;
c)details of transactions you carry out through our Website;

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF DATA

14. Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request to meet our costs in providing you with such Data. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
15. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, our response will be within ten (10) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).

RETENTION OF DATA
